Admissions and Costs

Notre Dame Children's Class seeks a racially, economically, and religiously diverse student body with varied interests and abilities. The requirements for admission are that the families understand and agree with the philosophy and the operation of the school and that they volunteer to actively participate in the life of the school in ways determined by school needs.

Students are admitted to any grade in which there is space available: siblings of present and past students have priority in admissions. Children are usually accepted in mid-spring for the following year.

Tuition for the preschool is $5900. a year. It is paid semiannually August 15 and February 1st. Initial registration fee is $50 with a tuition deposit due by March 15th prior to Fall admission.

Tuition for the Primary Class is $7400. a year. Payment of a tuition deposit is due by March 15.

Scholarships are available and the scholarship fund is supported by our parent group, PACE. Requests for scholarships are submitted in writing to the Administration and the selection of recipients is made by a Board of the Sisters of Notre Dame after consideration of the applicants needs.

Transportation

No transportation is furnished by the school. Parents usually arrange local carpools and the school has no responsibility with regard to the car arrangements.

Student Body

Ages 3-5
